No, everything is provided. If you are bringing children who have favourite bedding, by all means bring that but please let us know.
The kitchenettes in apartments 1 to 4 have an under-counter fridge with an ice compartment. Willow Cottage and Kwerky Cottage have full-size fridge/freezers.
Apartments 1 to 4 have a microwave, toaster, kettle, sink and fridge. Willow Cottage and Kwerky Cottage have fully equipped kitchens with induction hobs.
Yes, that’s fine. We just ask you to be sensible. Please keep them off the beds and furniture – or bring your own throws to keep beds and furniture clean. Please bring your own dog beds etc and do not leave them in the room on their own unless they are in cages.
Most of the accommodation has solid floor except for Willow Cottage which has fitted carpet. Dogs in Willow Cottage can dry off in the conservatory if they have got wet and there is an outside tap if they have got muddy.
We have found Rez in Craven Arms to be very friendly and reliable. He drives a smart mini bus which is useful if there are four or more of you.

All the apartments and Willow Cottage are on the ground floor. They have a slight step up from veranda. Apartment 1 has a larger bed and is more spacious. All are warm and comfy!
Kwerky Cottage would not be suitable as there is a narrow staircase to each bedroom. However the kitchen, one bathroom and the garden room are on the ground floor with level access.
It is a large garden and we cannot guarantee that it is dog-proof. But it is dog-friendly! You are welcome to use the garden with your dog as long as you pick up anything that gets left behind!
There are plenty of excellent walks locally.
The 4 apartments are all doubles, Willow cottage can be made up as a luxurious double or as twin beds; it also has a double futon. Kwerky Cottage has two double beds and two singles on the landing bedroom.
Normally ten o’clock, please. If your apartment is not being used that following evening we can sometimes allow flexibility. This depends on the cleaning load. Please speak to us.
We have a very small electric BBQ suitable for up to 6 people. You are welcome to bring your own portable equipment. We don’t really like the disposable one-off BBQs but there are some very good small gas ones available.
Yes indeed. We have a type 2 connection and also an external 13 amp socket suitable for a “granny lead”. We have one available to borrow and our charges are very reasonable.
I am afraid we do not provide cots or bedding for children. But you are very welcome to bring your own and there is no extra charge. Please bear in mind that compartments 2, 3 and 4 are quite small but they can manage a couple with one or even two small children.

There is a small community shop in the village which stocks all the essentials at very reasonable prices. It is open in the mornings. There are two well stocked small supermarkets in Bishop’s Castle. This is 3.5 miles away.
