Hi Everyone
Welcome to blog number 3.
We are finally into better weather and hopefully lots of sunshine to enjoy in the coming months. Our lovely garden is waiting for you to enjoy, with plenty of seating areas and room for a BBQ.
We have been busy hosting hikers, cyclists and wedding guests. The village has been very vibrant, with lots of daffodils and fields of golden rapeseed.
Some of the festivals we mentioned in the last blog have already successfully taken place but there is still plenty to come in the neighbouring towns and villages.
The theme of this blog is to help you choose somewhere to eat out….
You really do have lots to choose from. We will concentrate on the establishments nearest to us for this blog but we will venture further out next time, taking in Ludlow, the market town known for its food and festivals!
LYDBURY NORTH
We will start in the village and The Powis Arms, our local pub, a short walk from your accommodation. Food is freshly prepared daily, and they do take reservations. Note they are not open for lunch early in the week, only from Thursday until Sunday. Sunday is a traditional roast menu.
